Every Visit (Daily/Nightly)
These should happen every single cleaning visit.

- ✓Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors)
- ✓Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap)
- ✓Wipe breakroom counters, sink, and tables
- ✓Vacuum high-traffic carpet areas
- ✓Mop hard floors in lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- ✓Wipe reception desk and front entrance glass
- ✓Spot-clean spills and stains
Weekly Tasks
Scheduled once per week in addition to daily tasks.
- ✓Dust all desks, shelves, and horizontal surfaces
- ✓Wipe phones, keyboards, and monitors (if authorized)
- ✓Clean breakroom appliances (microwave interior, coffee maker, refrigerator exterior)
- ✓Vacuum all carpeted areas (including under desks and edges)
- ✓Mop all hard floors thoroughly
- ✓Clean interior glass and partitions
- ✓Dust blinds and window sills
- ✓Wipe door handles, light switches, and handrails
Monthly Tasks
Scheduled once per month for deeper maintenance.
