Cleaning experience across Northern California
Real projects and recurring accounts behind Shelton’s Janitorial, a women-owned cleaning company founded by Sara Shelton in 2013.
Large government facilities
Our project history includes cleaning a 216,000-square-foot Army Corps of Engineers facility three times. That experience is part of our background in large spaces and project-based cleaning. For new work, we review the required phases, access, square footage and deadline before committing a crew.
Military housing and facility experience
Our past projects include 40–50 houses at Beale Air Force Base, soft-wash remodel work at Beale, and hangar cleaning at Travis Air Force Base. Each site has its own access, scope and equipment requirements; proposals are reviewed individually.

Recurring bank and rental cleaning
Shelton’s has experience cleaning 11 Sierra Central branches. Our bank and credit union service is planned around approved areas, access instructions and recurring schedules. We also provide Airbnb turnover cleaning, with laundry, bed making and restocking agreed for each rental.
